Membership shall be limited to persons, who by the opinion of dual elected officers and board members, are bonafide Polled Hereford breeders. Membership in the Association is required to consign cattle to the Spring or Fall Sales, or to advertise in the Catalog. 

Membership is from January 1 through December 31.
